I am the Owner of The Dickson Team at Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group.  I consistenly rank in the top 25 out of 455 agents in the Green Bay area for total production & my team is ranked in the top 2% of ALL agents in the Green Bay area.

I am an award winning agent and have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 18 years, a Licensed Realtor for over 12 years. I have worked for agents since the tender age of 14 and Real Estate has been my life.  I have worked as an Administrative Assistant to an agent, I have been the Head of Inventory and Advertising at a company and have Managed the Front Desk at a company.  I worked for the Vice President of Realty Executives for 9 years as a Licensed Agent before starting my own team. 

My experience in the industry through all these changes to the market has given me the confidence to get through even the toughest challenges in today's transactions.  Buying or selling a home is the biggest investment of your life and you should be working with an expert.

We have also added Rachel Block to our team.  Rachel is helping us out as an Administrative Assistant/Intern.  Rachel will be shadowing us and learning how the Real Estate Industry works, as well as all the behind the scene's work that goes into each and every transaction.  Rachel will hopefully be joining us as a Licensed Agent in the very near future!
